Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

1. Legal Information

Below are the terms and conditions which apply to information contained in the pages of this CardStitching.co.uk website and all associated sites here listed; cardstitching.eu, cardstitching.me.uk, cardstitching.net, shop.cardstitching.net, all collectively known as "the website" and to the ordering of any products from it. By placing an order, you the "buyer" agree to and accept our terms and conditions.

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We honour all requirements of UK Consumer Protection law and without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer we will replace or refund the price of any products which we consider unsatisfactory. We really do hope you enjoy shopping with us and become a loyal customer. If at any time you are unhappy with our dealings, we aim to resolve any issues as quickly and amicably as possible.

3. Shipping

It is our aim to offer a fast and reliable delivery service. All items are securely packaged and we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. If items are unavailable then we will contact you to advise of those that are not in stock and those which can be sent immediately. Obviously, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal services. It is best to allow 5-7 working days for delivery in the UK.

PLEASE NOTE: CardStitching.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost in the postal system although every effort will be made to try and trace these.

Proof of postage is obtained for all orders.

Other Important Information

Where it is not possible to deliver the package it will be held at your local Royal Mail office for 5 days before being returned to us. To contact your local sorting office to arrange re-delivery or collection please call 08457 740 740. It is advised you check your local sorting office before contacting us if delivery has taken more than ten days. Only after 17 days will Royal Mail regard postage as officially lost.

UK Deliveries

For deliveries within the UK our flat fee per order for postage and packing is £2.45 for 2nd Class and £3.45 for 1st Class. These flat fees cover any order value. The UK is defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Deliveries outside of the UK

If you live outside of the UK, the cost of delivery with be calculated automatically, depending on the weight of the package and your location. If your country or state is not offered during the registration process please contact us HERE

4. Payment

All our prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds). Your Credit Card Company will automatically convert the transaction to your currency at the going rate at the time of purchase. If you wish to pay by telephone or by personal cheque (UK customers only) please proceed through the online checkout process, indicating your payment preference when required.

Minimum Order Value

Please note that our minimum order value before postage and packing costs is £5.00

Tax Charges

The price indicated for each product is inclusive of all applicable sales taxes.

5. Secure Ordering

6. Returns and Refunds

If you have any complaints regarding your order, please return it to us post-paid. If the claim is supported then we will refund the postage and replace either the product or refund the price to you as we think most appropriate. Do contact us first as we always seek to resolve the matter reasonably. In the case of damage in transit, we are not liable for any damage which occurs once goods have left our premises. If you do receive damaged goods please retain all relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the carrier. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

7. The Price and Payment

The price of the products will be the price quoted in the website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any relevant value added tax, but not the cost of delivery. In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in our terms and conditions at the time we accept your order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error, or error by our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment charged. Of course, in such a case, if you no longer want the product, we will issue a refund immediately.

Methods of Payment

If you choose not to purchase online you may pay by telephone using a credit/debit card or by personal cheque (UK customers only). Please proceed through the online checkout process, indicating your payment preference when required. Overseas customers must pay online using a debit card, credit card or PayPal account.

As part of our policy of continuous review, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice and at the discretion of cardstitching.co.uk. At no point do they affect your statutory rights.
